Hi, I’, Pedro from Argentina. Thank you, Nora, for this extensive guide to travel Vietnam. I will include Hoi An on my itinerary. I discarded it at first, but after reading your post I really want to visit the city. I will also leave here info that could be useful to your community as it was for me, it’s about getting a visa for Vietnam, not a minor issue! Regards!

Hi Nora,

Brilliant. We spent 2 months in Hoi An a few years back. Loved it. The town center is quite unique; really had a special feel to it with French influence but small town, Vietnamese charm. Best small town food scene on earth. You’ve so many options, cuisines, everything. My fave? The Dingo Deli!
