A few years ago, I went to Lisbon and a friend of mine introduced me to these treats!

Of course, I had to search more about it after and I found this article that perfectly explains the difference between Pastéis de Nata e Pastéis de Belém.

I’m so glad you loved it and had a great experience overall, good going. You must be excited to be heading for Grenada, sounds wonderful! I want to hear how that goes too, so I’ll keep in touch. It sounds like our pal Gary is heading to Boise, Idaho soon (where I’ve been since end of August), so we’ll get together and have dinner I’m sure.
