I spent 2 months in Spain last year (mostly Malaga and Valencia) and loved it and its people a lot (except for problems I had not being able to cash travelers checks. Why do banks sell them if they can’t be used in Europe?

I don’t travel the same way you do but I do love to travel. This year I am going to the south of Italy and am having trouble finding an affordable, furnished flat or house in a safe area that I can rent for the month of April.

Francesco, would you have contacts, family or friends in the south of Italy, on the Mediterranean side, who could help find a place to stay?
