Okay, well, I’m not that much of a beer person, but I will tell you that you MUST try Guinness again – but only in Ireland! Sounds crazy, but just go with me on it.
Happy beer-hour!

I havent been to Ireland, but in England I drank Carling, which – as I was told – is what the plumbers drink. Which is fine by me – I am a woman of the people!

PS – my unhealthy love of crappy beer is outlined here: http://gohomeandaway.wordpress.com/2013/08/26/best-buds/

Thank you SO much, Anna! My site was redesigned last year with love….and I’m having fun with it!
As for Guinness…..did you try it in Ireland? I can’t stand it anywhere else, as strange as that sounds.

PS – yours is BY FAR my most favorite blog designs of all that I have encountered, across all genres.

I’m guessing you spotted my profile in the Globe & Mail. I do believe that investing and customized asset allocation boils down to specific circumstances, which includes age. Good for you for treating your finances as an art! I like the angle. Cheers!

There is a saying that the farther one gets from Dublin, the worse the Guinness becomes. Have a nephew over there.

Keep up the good work!!

PS– I do my own investing now. Treat it as an art more so than as a science so to speak as information is collected and digested.
At my ripe old?? age of 63, I am more in short term profits
than someone younger like you. Like your advice so far.

What a beautiful spot! Next time… 🙂

Royal Portrush G.C. is only 7 miles from the Giant’s Causeway and one of the best golf experiences in the world. What a great part of the world.

Did you happen to hit the bar scene in Portrush? the Harbour Bar or the SpringHill ?
