@Flipnomad – I really liked China the second time around. (I also really liked Vietnam – a place I’ve yet to write about, but have just finished a little over 1 week in. And the rice noodles in Saigon – pretty damn good! Stay tuned!)

@Nancy & Shawn and Gerard – It’s interesting what different cultures eat for breakfast. We’re so used to sweet things, but in Asia it seems to be savoury. I like it either way! (When in Rome….er…..Asia…)

@Baron’s – Yes, sadly, I like bicycles, but bicycles don’t like me. I much prefer the kind of bike where you don’t have to pedal! ha ha
