And now the truth comes out….what a travel hack that is! (winks).
I must admit, I started this series for very selfish reasons – I too wanted a glimpse into the daily lives of other travelers…I’m glad you find it equally interesting! 🙂

It gives people that both travel and don’t travel a glimpse into what people do with their time while on the road. Most travelers are very aware of the problems in the world like Bernard and Danielle and it is amazing that they stopped into a couple of NGO’s to bring awareness to all of us.
I love that you two snuck into a hotel. We did that in India at the InterContinental Hotel at $300 a night there was no way we could stay. But we walked through the front door pretending to be very busy on our iphone doing important business. We then walked to the pool and ordered a drink and spent the day in luxury:-)

Sue and I ‘snuck” into a 5 star hotel at Hoi An (VN) a couple of years ago. It is totally out of her character and she nearly jumped off her pool side lounge and ran when one of the staff came over to her (I was swimming in one of the three pools)

In fact, he was there to help as she could not get the back of the lounge clipped in properly…. He bought us some fresh towels later on too, very kind!

Be sure to check out some of the other week-in-the-life entries…there’s as many different ways of traveling long-term or full-time as there are people doing it!
