Hi Lisa,
While I haven’t personally tried these services, I do know that there are a wide variety of people to come to them. A friend of mine who did Remote Year said the average age was around 40 (I think), with the oldest person in his cohort in their late 60s. Other programs skew younger, so it’s always good to enquire.
