About the TED talk you mentioned, I actually watched it about 3 or 4 years ago, which made me feel so related and inspiring because I was struggling to pick up a career path back then.

Now though I still haven’t a had concrete idea about my career, I somewhat have a rough idea that I’d love to lead a digital nomad lifestyle, which is discovered and boosted this year because of your blog!

Today, when I saw this article and found that you appeared in the inspiring TED talk I watched a few years ago, I somehow feel touching. It’s like everything is connected in an invisible way, which makes me feel grateful.

I love this idea! I wrote an article on my site about how difficult it is to find compatible love on the road as a digital nomad. That was a few years ago now….the world is changing! And as it appears, by the 13k plus people on your app….finding love is a whole lot more possible now.

Absolutely, 100% agree. I know someone who spends most of the year with her sick mum, and four months of the year abroad when her sister takes over caring responsibilities.

Indeed, everybody’s personal situation colours how they design their career and lifestyle.
Though I would say with a Location Independent career we can avail ourselves even more to spend time caring for elderly parents or young children, since having a location independent career doesn’t necessarily mean you must travel and live abroad….

You got it, Juan. I’ve watched friends of mine – incredibly intelligent talented people – flounder in their entrepreneurial attempts because of a lack of self-discipline. It’s not easy!
