OMG! I loved reading this – especially because I am sitting in my hedonistic place here in Sritanu while reading it LOL I can so relate to it (even though I am not suffering from depression and I didn’t go through the detox hell) but your writing is just very on point – thanks for sharing this experience! In reply to JB. Hi JB, I believe her symptoms included bloating, indigestion, possible weight gain, acid reflux, mood swings, depression, and fatigue. But she was also diagnosed with leaky gut, which is yet another kettle of fish.

Hey Kimberley,
If you’re ordering the delivered filtered water, you should be fine. I was drinking the tap water and sterilizing (but not filtering) it. I believe that may have led to some of my problems.
